"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

As the state's oldest and largest installer of central vacuum systems, we are well versed in installation for all types of construction. Estimates for rough-in projects are completed over email. Repair services are also offered. There is a mandatory trip charge of $150 which covers the trip and 30 minutes of labor. If the trip is 50 miles or more outside of the Columbia, SC area, our charge is $250 round trip.

"I called them to fix a dishwasher that was leaking from the door. The technician was prompt and courteous. He advised that the hinges were bent and would need to be replaced for $280. I asked if it would not be better to replace the 15-year-old appliance and he said no, that it was in good shape and cheaper to repair. $280 and new hinges later, the door still leaked. On his call-back trip, he said the frame was bent and could not be fixed. I asked about receiving a partial discount and he said the office would call me. Nobody ever contacted me, and no one has returned my two calls this week, even though I was assured that Melissa would call me by lunchtime two days ago. I ended up selling the house, and had to give the buyer a $500 credit to buy a new dishwasher. So, I'm out $780 because of them."
