He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. "Joy called to confirm an appointment for 5pm today it’s 6.17 and she hasn’t showed up! Tried to call her no answer, this would have been her third visit to our home. First time she came with the parts and the tv did not work she called to schedule an apppointment we agreed 2 hours later she called again to say the part hasn’t arrived she has to cancel. She called today and schedule for 5pm it’s coming up to 6.20 no show. I have no confidence in this lady and the company she works for. Our tv is 14 months old and is faulty for about a month now still awaiting for it to be fixed! You buy the extra warranty to have peace of mind but all we get is aggravation and people who has no manners or work ethics."
