Their service was phenomenal, they were quick, they cleaned up well and even fix a few this outside of their scope of work to make it a cleaner install. The only thing they forgot to do was re-attach the gas water heater exhaust vent.

Whipple and specifically Stosh Sury was a pleasure to do business with. They did a very thorough inspection of our 20+ yr roof and sent us detail picture images of why re-roofing was a better choice than fixing areas. We also had leaks within the interior and Stosh took care to fully inspect those areas as well as the attic to best determine the causes of the leaks.

They're really good.? All of us older people have a little combination of things.? They're very good at giving you an economic price and then when they get there, they're always throwing something in.? They specialize in home inspection repairs.? They do carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, electrical, and wood rot.? When they were here, the nice thing is I have twelve foot ceilings and they replaced all the light bulbs for me.? The other nice thing that they did is - I have a permanent vent return, you know, like air condition return but it's permanent where you don't change, you have to take it down off the wall and hose it off, and I didn't have a hose so they took it home and scrubbed it and brought it back and put it in.? It seems like they were here four times for $1,400.00.? They had to take the vent home because I didn't have a hose, and they had to go get some trim wood to install the stove.? In other words, they didn't up the price.? This is what I'd like to say, they did not increase the price due to unforeseen complications, and that is so rare.? They had to move the electrical box in order to install the double oven because it was replacing like an oven and microwave, but the electrical box had to be moved on the wall and they just did that.? They're licensed to do electrical, plumbing, and everything, you know.? It's he and his wife and crew.? They do give free estimates with no pressure.? I felt no pressure.? As a matter of fact, what they do is, they come in and then they e-mail it to you, so there's no pushiness.? They gladly took care of some other details that I had when they got here.? They did plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and they have all their own equipment.? I give them an A on everything.? I didn't know them until I called them out of a magazine. I liked their professionalism, their warm friendliness, and their willingness to do a few extra things that I needed done.? It took them two days to complete all of the work.?
