Placed a load of towels in the dryer that evening. When drying cycle ended I opened the dryer. NO HEAT ! Towels were still wet. Asked Sears for a refund. They said NO. Had to make another service appointment since all service work comes with a 90 day guarantee. Another two week wait.
Description of Work: Had to wait two weeks for a service appointment. Dryer was not heating. New heating element was installed. Service tech said everything was good to go.
