As the state's oldest and largest installer of central vacuum systems, we are well versed in installation for all types of construction. Estimates for rough-in projects are completed over email. Repair services are also offered. There is a mandatory trip charge of $150 which covers the trip and 30 minutes of labor. If the trip is 50 miles or more outside of the Columbia, SC area, our charge is $250 round trip.

Painting, plumbing, sewer line inspections, sewer clogs, electrical, drywall, window repair and replacements,. flooring, roofs, doors, smart home solutions, landscaping, trash haul off, trash outs, and cleanings. We also specialize in Garage Door repairs and maintenance. We also offer 24/7 response for water extractions and dry outs. I know starting a project and having strangers come into you home can be scary at times, but we are here to ease you worries. We stand behind everything we do.
