+ -1 moreThey not only fixed the trim as requested but they painted the existing trim in order to match the newly installed piece. I also added a gate repair to the project as it fell during the period when I was awaiting the quote and they did a wonderful job there as well.
Description of Work: Replaced missing trim after storm and fixed gate that had fallen and come apart.

Description of Work: Replaced rotten fascia wood, shingle molding, and replaced a section of soffit that had a hole in it, including painting the new parts to match. Also replaced a security light that was hanging from the soffit. Checked for squirrels in the attic as a possible cause and trimmed tree branches above our roof which was likely where the squirrels came from.

+ -1 moreI have to admit I am not the best house keeper and I very busy person so I decided to hire someone for the first time ever to take care of the things I just could not get to. I contacted a young man named nick and he did not disappoint, he cleaned all of my fans, window seals, and base boards he cleaned my bathrooms (toilets, shower, tubs, counters) my kitchen and all my appliances he vacuumed all my carpets and swept and mopped my floors and honestly so much more. I thought it was cool he brought all of his own supply’s as well. My house looks and smells so good! Super nice guy and has great rates! I would defiantly recommend Nick he is great!

+ -1 moreNick did an amazing cleaning on my rental home. Previous tenants had left the carpets absolutely stained and filthy, the house reeked of cigarette smoke, and dog urine and feces. Nick did a phenomenal job of getting the carpets clean, the smoke and dog smell out of the home. I couldn’t believe how clean and fresh the house looked! I will absolutely use his services again and would highly recommend him! 5/5 Stars!!
