Chris was right on time. He came in and got right to work. He worked very efficiently and was very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend his company. I got two quotes and he was significantly lower. Chris is top notch and knows his business. Chris is my angel - My husband has been in a cycle of respiratory flare us and hospitalized- Chris was able to analyze our air quality- Identified mold to be lab tested and in process of mitigating the problem- I am hopeful that this will help to create a safer environment free from allergens .

We agreed on the service, he made me paid $500 before the job was done….. I waited outside the house and in like 30 minutes they left without saying anything…. I went back to my house and they didn’t do the work……… the literally stole $500 from me….. when I called they said they killed the mold and didn’t charged me the $1200 they usually charge anyway I hired some other company and they did an amazing job…. The professionals said you are not supposed to do a mold treatment without cleaning the ducts first

I specifically said/told them what I wanted. Clean the air ducts. The 1 return and the air handler. That is it. They did some sanitizer on the vent covers. Ha, some of the covers were not even cleaned. They charged me $100 more than I was quoted. I never requested the sanitizer

Showed up at noon, on the dot, just as promised. Walked through the house, showing us exactly what needed to be done and gave us several options.... I am convinced they have our best interests at heart. Highly recommend.

Chris and the team did a very thorough job. They identified and addressed the mold, dust, and dirt in my central air system. They disassembled the fan to fully clean the core of the system, including mold removal and sealant, removed and cleaned all ducts, and fully cleaned all of the carpets throughout the house. They did a fantastic job and were worth every penny!

Chris and his team were polite,knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything that needed to be done to clean and treat the mold in our vents.The air in my home feels cleaner and smells better. I will be calling American Air and mold again next year to clean the vents. Great customer service I highly recommend this company.
