"Curtis and Zach were great! We hired them to stain our deck and they did a great job. We were so pleased with their work that we asked for a quote to paint the exterior of our house. They were very helpful in guiding us with color choices, and they made several suggestions that really made a difference in the overall look of our house. Theyâ re easy to work with, attentive to detail, and very professional. Every day they shared the plan for the day and even worked on underneath areas when it rained. EZ Breezy is more interested in doing the job right than getting it done quickly to move on to the next job. They also did little things like Curtis cleaning up and painting our hose rack before he put it back on the house. They also painted a gazebo bird feeder and the post to match the house and deck as a surprise! The day of the final walkthrough, Curtis brought some bird seed for the feeder. It was a nice surprise. "By far the worst contractor I have ever hired. Two months after deposit did the fence actually get put up..It was installed and during a week that it rained for out of 5 days, and still isnt secure.., and well past a month from the original date of installation.. Mike Jones has not communicated with me in a professional manner.. , I would call and he wouldnt get back to me for 5 days... continues to call me "baby" and sweetheart, darling... after I told him it makes me uncomfortable!!! He is half my age and , he continues to do it...TOTALLY degrading to women ... MrJones also wanted complete payment upfront and via draft from my account.. Absolutely not!! I have never had to pay a contractor for n full before the job is completed, and certainly wont allow him to draft from my bank account! I tried to get a refund in the first week of February because he hasn't fulfilled his promises (and he promised alot of things falsely).. He said that that wasnt an option for me, I had already paid 2/3 of the total bill and not one thing had been done at my house nothing!!! I had to get him on the phone and threaten to blast him online just to get him to show up... My fence still isn't finished.. he says he cant stain it for another 60 days.. but wants money to do it...so I paid in December and my fence isnt gonna be done until mid April.. Its only a partial fence , no gates no total enclosure Nothing has been done to professional satisfaction... and I am disappointed in choosing this company... strongly advise to stay far away from Mike and His smoke screen storeis he feeds me... He first told me that a man only gets one name... well I have a few for him.. ."
