Drew and James were great. We called several carpet installation companies on Angies List and most blew us off because of the size of the project. Drew came up with a creative way to save us money and provide an excellent product. Even though the project was small - they worked extremely hard and provided excellent customer service. We are looking to have hardwood flooring installed in two extra rooms and our first choice will certainly be them. Job well done.

The process was very "headache free" and I enjoyed everything about it. The carpet looked great and the installers that cam madfe me feel comfortable with them in my home.

Our service in the store was very good. Jessie was most helpful and courteous. She even visited our home to give suggestions on colors and materials. Our difficulties came when the subcontractor arrived to complete the work. His estimate of when the work would be complete was 4 days. The work actually took 7+ days to complete. When taking out the tile flooring in the foyer, he opened all windows and doors to our home to provide for circulation, but this also allowed for wind to blow pictures off the wall and for dust and tile bits to fly around our home. He also did all cutting with his saw directly in front of our front door. This caused much of the sawdust to be tracked into our home, as well as blow into the house, since he kept the front door propped open during the majority of his work time. None of this was cleaned. Padding laid under the carpet on the stairs was completed by his young teen son, and ended up being put down in pieces because he had cut the padding incorrectly. Trim around the flooring, also completed by his teen son, had numerous nicks from the misfiring of the nail gun. These were not repaired, and we were told we need to putty those up when we painted. Trim was not cut accurately, causing large gaps in the corners. Trim was laid incorrectly in places, and in other places, it was the wrong color. When we pointed it out, the wrong color was again ordered, and it remains in our home to this day.
