Mr. Handyman of Westerville and Delaware County

They were supposed to remodel our bathroom. These are pictures of the work they did. Dave Wood says he doesn?t see any problems. They were a nightmare to work with. We kept letting them come back again and again because their work has a 6 month guarantee but they made it worse every time and they refused to waterproof around our shower curb. Dave is friendly until you ask for something to be corrected and then he gets irate. His employees have no respect for him. He lies. They lie (which I can hardly blame them; they were afraid of being fired). I?m ashamed of myself for letting them in my house so many times. Also, beware: they will tell you to go ahead and sign the invoice as it?s just stating they were there and worked. So even though I clearly wasn?t satisfied with cracked, loose floor tiles, they kept saying ?oh yeah, we are fixing that, you just need to sign that we worked today?, later Dave will say if you signed then you can?t claim the 6 month guarantee.

They did a great job for me, got everything fixed up quickly yet thoroughly

They did very professional work and completed the work in a timely fashion and they were customer friendly.

Great experience. Owner called a couple of days later to confirm my satisfaction.
