"He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"

The contractors did a terrific job on the installation, very hard working contractors. All was good, except they were suppose to extend one shower wall about 4 inches around corner. They did not do that and they knew nothing of this. Called that very day to Long Baths, left message to call back. No call back! Called a few times and finally spoke to representative. She said she would have someone call us. No call back! Called one of the salesmen. He remembered our conversation of wanted one wall to be extended to cover a problem area. He also said he would call us back. No call back! Its now, 2 weeks later and still no call back?? Bottom line, do not contract Long Baths â bad customer relations!"

When they were demolishing walls, they bagged all wallboard and other materials as they were carried it out, to prevent the spread of dust and dirt throughout the house. The owner is extremely knowledgeable in all the trades and worked to achieve perfection in every aspect of the project. He checked with us when he had any questions about the products or materials we had chosen. He discussed tile patterns with us and spent significant time sorting and arranging the 24 square tiles to achieve the most pleasing arrangements possible.
