I had an excellent experience working with Rob Pearson and his team. He was very customer centric and always included me on any decision or change that needed to be made. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and was very conscious of my timeline. I plan to use Rob and his team again in the future for any renovations that we need.

From the very beginning when Rob showed patience, creativity and in-depth knowledge in providing us several options for kitchen layouts / designs, we knew we were in good hands. Rob waited until we were officially ready to start and never rushed us (even when we added more to the project as we progressed). There was some unknowns about taking down our weight bearing wall and Rob walked us through all the scenarios and it all turned out perfectly. Rob’s communication was excellent, always responding in a timely manner and keeping us in the know along the process. We always felt comfortable with the crew in our home. We get countless compliments on our kitchen, deco wall and new stairs. We would definitely recommend RI Design Build to anyone!

Rob and his team were incredible to work with from start to finish. Rob is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and communicative and kept us in the loop and updated on progress/timelines throughout the entire process. His crew was also extremely knowledgeable and talented and we enjoyed having them in our house through the entire project. We hired RI Design Build to relocate and remodel our kitchen to open up floor plan. Rob listened to our ideas and got us to a design we love. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors and was very reasonably priced. His team was very professional throughout the demo and install. Would hire again for any future jobs!

He was responsive to our requests, came in at an extremely reasonable price, and transformed our kitchen from an outdated DIY mess to a beautifully designed space. This was an unbelievably easy and positive experience for me. First of all, I interviewed with 8 general contractors before deciding on Rob. I own an older home and wanted a new kitchen (changed footprint), bathroom and flooring, not to mention there was a crumbling chimney going through my living room that needed to be removed. From our first meeting, I knew Rob's knowledge and professionalism was exactly what I needed and trusted to get the job done. Throughout the entire process, Rob kept me updated almost daily on what was happening, what the next steps were, realistic timing of completion, everything. I never had to call him to find out, he was always a step ahead and picked out some amazing design schemes for my home. I cannot recommend Rob any higher; you can truly tell he loves what he does and goes above and beyond for his customers. 200% recommended.

Rob came over today for a walk through of our kitchen. He was kind, perfessional and patient. He spent nearly two hours with us to answer all our questions and come up with a design plan for our kitchen. Rob was on time with quick responses by text and call. Rob took all the measurements of the kitchen and explained that he would have design plans made up by the next day. He was upfront with us on expectation for cost and was able to respect our budget. He was transparent and informative.

This is a follow-up review on Rob and RI Design after completing our kitchen in 9/2015. I still have Rob's contact information and from time to time will text him to ask about cabinet or something with the kitchen. On one occasion the sliding trash cabinet bent and Rob came, looked at it, and then ordered a brand new cabinet. The latest item i had reached out on is replacing two cabinet doors from some water damage. Rob again was responsive and is working with the cabinet supplier to have them replaced. Again our kitchen was completed over 3 years ago but Rob continues to stay available for support and is responsive when something comes up.

RI Design Build acted as contractor when we recently had our house painted. Shingles had deteriorated, so It was a huge job with a lot of scraping and paint. Rob and his painters saved us quite a bit of money, because if they hadn't been so competent and professional we would have had to pay tens of thousands to replace our shingles. What's more, the result is guaranteed for 5 years. We are very satisfied, just as we always are when RI Design Build undertakes one of our projects. Rob is the person I call whenever we decide to improve our home.

First, I want to explain that I'm in my 70's and my husband and I have worked with MANY designers and builders over the last several decades. Until now, we've never had a perfect experience. Rob is a true professional. He exceeded our expectations in every possible way. He's personable, he listens carefully and his expertise is incredible. I recommend him to everyone without any reservations. I only wish I found him decades ago! Don't hesitate to give Rob a call; he'll make the entire experience pleasant and affordable. We are looking to replace our existing kitchen and bath and were looking for help to visualize options. Rob was very helpful in talking thru possible ways to do the project and provided helpful drawings to help us make decisions on the project. He was responsive in terms of taking our feedback and working it into the plan. Next step is to actually do it!

Roy is extremely professional, very communicative and responsive to customer needs. He provides his extensive experience and design perspective to enable the generation of a well considered and buildable design. If a problem is identified he immediately communicates the situation and describes several cost effective solutions.

We have just been working with RI Design Build for a short while - working through ideas and details to remodel our kitchen. Rob has been great to work with - very patient, accommodating, and helpful as we run through myriad ideas.

Rob came out and provided an estimate, renderings and plans for our kitchen remodel. He did a great job: was thorough, straightforward, and very open to hearing what we wanted out of the job. We were very impressed.

I met with Rob Pearson from RI Design Build and explained the projects I had. After that, I never heard from him again. I tried telephoning but no response.

They did an excellent job. He fit me in on his schedule and stayed late to get the job done in one day. Very professional on every level and great communication. I would definitely recommend them and would hire again in the future.

The plan was then executed nicely, mostly by Richard, Rob’s personable and skilled brother who did an exceptional job in carpentry, painting, light plumbing and especially tile work. Rob was involved the whole time helping with choices for fixtures, colors choices in countertop, cabinets, paint as well as coordinating deliveries of supplies and scheduling subcontractors who were all top notch. Very communicative. All in all a great experience and it turned out better than could be imagined. Some plumbing surprises in the wall (leaking sewer pipe and mold added to initial cost estimate and time estimate, but now those problems are no longer.

Project is underway. So far so good. I like to work with local family run businesses like this one. Rob is honest, forthcoming, and transparent. Rather than mark up the fixtures, he sent us shopping to pick them and applied his discount to the order. That saved us $600.

I’m very happy with the meetings Ive had with Rob. My husband and I did not think we would be able to do a full remodel of our kitchen due to our budget, but Rob let me know that it is doable. He also had great suggestions on the layout to improve sight lines. we met to discuss the design plan 2 weeks after our first meeting and are still in the initial phases but we were impressed by his professionalism and promptness in responding to emails/phone calls/ texts.

While we decided not to go with a remodel. I cannot say enough about the service we received from this company.

I have used RI design build before and always exceed my expectations. The price is right and the service and quality is excellent. I would hire again and strongly recommend to anybody who needs a contractor
