+ -1 moreWent well - they were courteous and were concerned enough to cover my landscaping plants so they wouldn't get damaged. They fixed the problem and told me if I had any more leaks they would be back.

+ 0 moreJoe came by to look at my roof. He did a thorough inspection and told me that there was nothing wrong with it. We looked at the back of the roof and he agreed with me that the roof looked as if it were in bad shape despite the fact that the shingles were in good condition. So we decided that he will give me an estimate for a new roof. After removing the old roof Joe discovered why the back of the roof looked so bad. The plywood boards that support the shingles were out of alignment. He installed mending plates to reinforce the sheathing and replaced the plywood on the lower right corner of the roof because it was rotting. He did a fantastic job in just two days. There was no additional charge for the additional work he had to do on the roof installation.
Description of Work: Repaired gutters and installed a new roof.

+ 0 moreWe found them through word-of-mouth. It was a relatively small job. They told us that we didn't need to replace the roof at that time which we were going to do. They were prompt and inexpensive. We were pleased and had a good experience with him.
Description of Work: We used Laird Roofing for roof repair because there were several leaks on the roof. They also removed the poppers on our gutters which had never been installed correctly.
