"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

We and been in business for 15 years and are a CSIA certified company (Chimney Sweep Institute of America) which means that we offer quality chimney service and have been professionally trained to offer you the best service available .
"At the beginning of December, after a phone call, technician should up and looked at my 2 fireplaces and said that he needed to order some parts. He indicated that I would receive a proposal on what the repairs would cost. I wanted this done for the holidays. It has been over a month, and I have yet to receive a proposal or even hear from anyone at Jack of all Trades. I have called at least 6 times and get nothing but a voice mail. I received an invoice in the amount of $250.00 for his first visit and the lady that that I did talk to about the invoice said that it would be, if they did the job, credited to my account. I'm extremely frustrated that I can't even talk to anyone at this company. I contacted another company, and they have been extremely responsive. I was able to talk to a live person and they have repaired my fireplaces. The Jack of All Trades has the guts to follow up, asking about the payment of their $250.00 invoice. They just lost this customer!"
