Our office is small but very efficient, you'll actually get to speak to a real person and not a machine. Our office is open 9am-5pm week days and 9am-2pm Saturdays but when the office is closed, calls are forwarded directly to the Owner's mobile phone! "He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

"I hired Calco to replace my shower. On the final day of work, one of the installers collided with my car's front bumper in the company box truck. The sales manager, Matt, asked me to get an estimate for the repairs from a local body shop and send it to him. After sending him the estimate for repair, he ceased responding to my attempts to contact him. Several days later, I received a condescending and disrespectful phone call from one of the owners, Paul, who rudely informed me that they hadn't gotten back to me because "they were busy," demanded video evidence that the damage had been caused by a Calco employee, suggested that because I live in Lancaster City and park on the street that I should expect that my car will be damaged, and accused me of "threatening his business" when I stated my intention to leave honest reviews of my experience. I regret trusting that as my neighbors and members of my community they would take responsibility for damage caused by their employees."
