He has very high standards and worked accordingly. The results of the drywall repair were excellent but, even more impressive was how he approached putting the tiles down. He noticed a truly minor unevenness in the concrete. What most others would have ignored he took great care in leveling that out and the results in the end were spectacular. Let's start with the quote process - Will was prompt to respond to our inquiry, he scheduled a time to meet just a couple of days later at our convenience and he showed up a little early for the walk thru. He took notes throughout, asked really good questions and performed the walk thru. He was interested in performing the work (not something we found from others) and said he would email the quote to us. We received the quote when Will said it would be there and it was thorough with enough details to ensure that we were on the same page for the work requested. We actually reached back out to ask about an additional item and Will provided the additional costing which was extremely reasonable. We reviewed the quotes we received and accepted his quote as the best for us to move forward with for the work we wanted. Will was professional through out the process and we agreed on a starting date. He reached out a couple of days prior to the starting date to discuss the starting date to confirm that we were still good for the date and he provided a time he would be there. The team was there 10 minutes prior to get their equipment and paint unloaded so they would be ready to come inside on-time. They brought in floor covers to protect the floors and kept their work areas clean throughout. Will communicated openly with us throughout and moved efficiently from task to task. We had identified some blemishes in the drywall in the initial walk thru and also wanted to remove some items that had been installed through the drywall. All of the work was completed and even after the first day, we were already seeing a difference. What a great feeling! Over the next few days, Will and Xander were there everyday on time (five minutes early) and cleaned up at the end of each day. The rooms we had worked on presented some complexities as we have 16 foot ceilings in some spaces and odd angles. They knocked it out and had all the right equipment to get it done and it was done right! No complaints on the quality of their work, cleanliness, punctuality or skill. Overall, our experience was outstanding and we will definitely call Will if we need anything additional done. Actually already discussed additional painting work and other home improvements we have on the drawing board."
