All in all they did a great job! However they were very booked and the job felt rushed. There are some small details they could have taken more time to fix after closer inspection. But I am happy with my new windows, siding, and I absolutely love the stone work that was done!

Very sloppy housekeeping. cigarette butts in the yard found screws in the lawn where they were staging supplies. they were supposed to retrofit the existing security railing on the second-floor exterior door; instead, they moved the railing up and attached it to the side of the house.

Excellent work, I can't believe they were able to finish the deck in the time they took. They all had different jobs and worked together great. The deck is beautiful!

I had my roof replaced and along with it they were going to replace 3 bathroom vent fans, rebuild 3 sets of deck stairs and replace a section of the roof fascia. 3 days later they show up to start the work. The problem is they never told me what day they were going to show up and since I sleep during the day as I work nights this made it impossible to sleep, I told them before I needed to know what day they were going to come so I could make arrangements and they did not. They said they would have it done in one day and instead they started on a Friday and finished on Monday evening, they did not replace the section of fascia, and they said they would send an electrician to replace the vent fans, I have not heard back from the electrician in over 3 weeks and the owner of the company told me I have to find someone else to do it.

From start to finish, they built my patio addition in less than a month's time. They were especially considerate regarding our need for social distancing, and attentive to our design suggestions. Great work!

They arrived when they said they would. Once they started they worked hard everyday and kept things neat. We had them replace our existing deck with a screened in porch. The end product is beautiful and best looking porch in the neighborhood. After completion we noticed a mistake, but they returned and made things right, apologized for the inconvenience, and added some extras.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job for us. Bryan, Adam, Bobby, and all the rest of the crew turned our tired, outdated house into a beautiful home with new roof, gutters, siding, new gable on the front, and several new windows. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and would definitely recommend William Penn Renovation.

Great customer service!

I love my new roof. The men that did my roof were very nice and did a great job.

From day one there were issues with this project. Within the first two days 1800$ more was added to the estimate that had already figured in the amount to fix part of the garage roof. The payment went up another 21$ . Then the roof was not covered properly causing it to leak into the attic on top of my sons things from high school ruining mementos and then leaking down into my guest bedroom ruining the ceiling and wetting the carpet. Although they tried to make amends for the damage from the leak it should never have occurred in the first place - plain negligence. the day after they left I discovered a large mercury gazing ball and stand in my front yard was missing. Mark never responded to my email as to what happened. The next day searching the area where I had it were broken pieces of glass. Broken and then thrown away with no notice to me or apology or even acknowledgment. Mark has still never responded to me. I gave him the chance to rectify the situation but since they already received payment it is obvious it will never be addressed. I in all honesty I certainly can not recommend this company to anyone ever.

Everyone we interacted with in this company were very professional and knew their jobs well. We would use them again. I have already given a few of their cards out already.

Mark helped me visualize my project when I didn't have much of an idea what I wanted. The addition took longer than expected to complete due to weather constraints, but I was updated continuously on plans and completion dates the entire time. My new laundry/mud room turned out really nice.

They did an outstanding job,and were very friendly and easy to work with. The project manager constantly checked to ensure we approved of every step during construction. We love it.

Great people to work with. Quality work exceeds contract and excees expectations. Work done quickly and cleanup complete at the end of each day. Highly recommend.

They communicated via phone, email, and text. I appreciated that. They were super quick in to schedule and complete the job. I will definitely use them again.

Great job. This was a massive deck project. 16' x 70' with a pool wrap-around and a 16' x 16' screened-in enclosure. Mark and I worked out a few billing issues that came up, but otherwise a great experience. Brian (foreman) was excellent. He offered some great suggestions that made our project much nicer.

They were great in completing a custom job keeping unique character of my older home with modern improvements. They cleaned up each day after themselves an added plus with young children in the home.

Very professional and helpful when he came out for an estimate. Workmanship and quality was excellent. Job done on time and the workers cleaned up every day.

Will never use again. Will never recommend to others. Very, very dissatisfied with quality of work & cleanup.

Mark was very quick to respond to a request for a quote. He had some very good ideas. He was very prompt with drawings as well. His workers were very good to deal with and the project went well with few issues. As issues arose however, and they will with any involved project, they were promptly addressed. Very good experience with this company.

Great experience. I would hire again. I could tell the roofing crew was experienced by the way they worked together. No need to research a contractor for my next project. William Penn. for sure.
