"I felt like Gary abandoned my projects. I hired and paid for him to finish our basement/attic. I also had a few other projects like a fireplace remodel, kitchen tiling, and doorframe build that I needed. He finished the basement and quoted me for the others but said he would have to go to another project and come back after Christmas, then New Years, then he didn’t know. I have been calling, texting, and always get a runaround and a bunch of excuses. Miguel, his assistant, was great and always went above and beyond and provided great customer service. With Gary, it felt like pulling teeth to get my projects finished. He even left my finished attic with no door on the crawl space. My contract said “finish trim work in attic” and he claimed he didn’t know there was a crawl space door there when he quoted me so I’d have to pay someone else to do it. Honestly, I’m pretty sure that was an excuse to just be done with my project and on to a bigger dollar project he had lined up. I think he’s blowing me off now because he’s chasing higher paying jobs instead. Disappointing when someone doesn’t keep their word, so be wary of that. If you have a bigger dollar job, you’ll be fine until it gets to the end and he’s ready to move on and leave loose ends on your project. I wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself, but he doesn’t seem interested."

"This company was awesome to work with. All of the guys doing the work were super polite and respectful. All easy going and willing to help however they could. I had some tile replaced in my basement in front of my fireplace and it came out looking amazing. They also did some demo to remove old paneling and put up new plasterboard and did a texture plaster job on the walls. It came out looking absolutely incredible! Also as part of the project I needed to have low dust and not a lot of mess since I have some pets and a young child. They accommodated in spades and did a really good job. 10 of 10 will hire again."

He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
