Bathroom included: removal of vanity, 2 walls of tile, and mosaic tile floor. Installed heated flooring, vanity, ceramic tile, mirror, backsplash. Excellent work from a good crew. This was my second hire of Rose construction.

Mark Rose and his crew did a great job on our family room renovation! Mark’s price was very fair, and he communicated with us every step of the way. Unlike other work crews we’ve had in the past, Mark or LJ was onsite everyday during the renovation, and they easily completed in the time they estimated. They were very respectful, eager to please, and conscientious about their work. We love our new family room, and we highly recommend Mark!

Hello, Mark. I just wanted to get back to you to let you know how appreciative and impressed we are with your renovation of our bathroom. Since it was a total gut of the bathroom involving wall relocation, re-routing of plumbing and electrical service, it was a very complicated project. It has been a couple of months since completion, and everything is working as it should. I have confidence that it will continue to do so. In addition to all the work behind the walls that you cannot see, the finished project is beautiful and very functional for us. Your attention to detail and making everything just perfect is impressive. You treated our home, and the project, as though it was your own From the beginning, with your clear, up-front explanation of costs and throughout with continued communicatoin on progress, we had a high level of comfort. On 3-9-17 paid in full for replacement flooring in two rooms, and refinish of preexisting flooring, balance of first floor. Builder stopped showing up to work shortly after, blaming me for them taking other work, because they had not asked before leaving posts where a wall removed (other project that was separate work from the flooring). When builder did work on second floor, tried to pass off a substandard railing until I complained, then they rebuilt it. Their electrician left loose wires in two spots in my basement, installed the wrong kind of outlet box outside, left wires without boxes for switches/fixtures and never returned to finish. I paid another electrician to install switches so fixtures operated as I wanted, and to make safe the loose wires and incorrect boxes left by Rose's electrician. Nearly one month later, builder has not started or scheduled any work on flooring, has only delivered flooring. On 4-7-17, a month after payment, Mark Rose sent an email saying he would not return to my home, blaming my changes and delays. (i.e., having them correct substandard and/or unsafe work and "not telling me ahead of time this is how you wanted it", when I did in fact specify I wanted the room to look like it had always been one room) In that same email Mark Rose wrote he would refund the portion of my payment, that was for work not done. Ten days later, no refund. Sent inquiry email, asking when I will receive. Reply: "directly". I do not believe refund will be issued. Attached photos show the insufficient rating and the condition in which Rose Restoration left my house.
