The quality and detail of craftsmanship is superb and has completely transformed new life to what once was an old, out-of-date bathroom. "Do not recommend. Came out to look and repair if needed the rubber roof part of my home in September 2023. Did a repair along the seam where it had leaked. Assured me it would be OK and gave me a year warranty on the work. Also applied some kind of sealant on what I assumed would be the entire rubber roof until I could get the money to put a new roof on. Fast forward to August of 2024 and the roof started leaking worse than before and he only did a small section with sealant. Called and emailed and got a back n forth for 3 different times until he finally came out to repair. For 2100 dollars it was a complete and utter ripoff. Very high priced and gave me an estimate of at least 10k to replace rubber roof that's less than 1000 Sq foot."

"The roof may look ok, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the ?cleanup? after the job was done. The workers left multiple pieces of very sharp metal all over our yard. We keep finding more metal each day, especially as more snow melts. And it is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable! We have three dogs, all of which are now being put in serious danger on a daily basis due to the workers? sloppiness and unprofessionalism. We also found a screw as well as a sharp piece of wood. When we discovered the first two pieces of metal, we called and addressed our concerns with USA Home Improvement Solutions. Someone came out the very next day? only to collect the check (we paid in full) and to nonchalantly defend the workers. There is no excuse! You cannot defend this! He also had the audacity to suggest that we get a metal detector. No! YOU should get one and scan our yard! Quick to cash a check, yet can?t clean up after yourselves or take accountability/correct this negligence. "

"Daniel, Pop and the crew of fellas he has did such a great job on replacing my old roof with a beautiful metal roof. He was truly a blessing...in every way. Called me right back, came to give me a quote which he literally gave me the same day. VERY VERY REASONABLE AND CAME IN 4K LESS than my highest quote. That is going above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. From the material delivery driver right up to the work trailer driver these men are top notch. He even worked around my trees and gardens in my small yard and never hurt a single tomato or pepper. Wow. I was truly amazed. And the cleanup..the cleanup...was better than I imagined. Trust me..
