Hired company for complete deck tear down and rebuild with framing and trex deck. Deck work is amazing and we love the final product. Overall work was great quality and professional. Did have issues at times with completion dates and trying to contact john at times; however, John always got back to me in a timely manner and explained thoroughly what was going on. He will always get back to you and try to reticfy any issues you have, which was very nice to see and witness first hand. Would not hesitate to use this company for any contracting needs you might have. We have another project already scheduled to complete with John's company this summer.

John's men replaced ceiling tiles in my dining room, reinstalled new ceiling fan and installed smoke alarm. They were professional upon arrival, doing a fantastic job in two days and cleaning up their work area spotless when they left. The job was 100% to our satisfaction and I would hire them again. In fact, I have employed them to install 2 windows in my attic.

John's people were on time for the project. They were courteous and careful of our property. Their workmanship was superb in the plaster repair and painting of our sunroom ceiling and walls. They cleaned up each day and at end of project, room was spotless and ready to move furniture back in.

We have several small jobs around the house that needed to be done. John and his crew have only completed a portion of the overall plan, but we are totally satisfied with the work so far. The guys have been very helpful and professional.

The contractor never back to us and never return the money.

Contractor does not follow trough, is not trust worthy.

I hired Johns Small Jobs Services back in October of last year. Everything seemed good initially and we agreed that he can start work after the 1st of the year. By the time March came around, I had not heard from John at all. I would have appreciated a call or an update to let me know he was running behind instead of being left in the dark. We have since agreed to terminate the relationship and he stated he would refund my deposit and place the check in the mail last weekend. It has been almost a full week and I still have not received my refund check. At this point I cannot recommend this contractor to anyone.

Beautiful work and they are easy to work with

After hiring John and his team it was the best choice I could have made. As a real estate investor I looked for someone who could not only manage my projects in a timely fashion but someone I could depend on and trust through whole process. He communicates to me from start to finish. He and his team have a great eye for detail and I appreciate both their friendliness throughout the jobs. John not only takes pride in his teams work but goes above and beyond explaining each estimate in a very professional and organized manner. I have worked with them on all different types of jobs from siding, electrical and window replacement to painting, spouting and furnace cleaning. I have worked with many contractors during my time and will continue to seek John's craft from here on in.

Very pleasant and easy to work with. It took some time to get started because of other projects, but work went quickly once started. The company sent the wrong color composite material and we didn't catch the error before it was installed. John and his crew fixed the mistake at his cost and without hesitation! The porch was finished and exactly what we wanted in no time. I will definitely look to John for any future work needed because of the craftsmanship and customer service.

This company has poor service, poor communication and we would not recommend him or use him again. He did not finish any of the projects he started and did not even start projects that were part of the agreement that we paid a lot of money for. He is generally unprofessional in everything he does.

I would rate Johns Small Jobs more than five stars if I could. Previously being a manager for a large corporation I look for certain things before hiring a person for a job. Professionalism is the very first thing and John and his team were just that. Communication was great as well as all the work that was done. We needed a sink to be put in we were given an estimation for that. Upon installing the sink there were some pipes that needed to be repaired. The project cost a little more than we were expecting because of the pipework but John was absolutely wonderful for working with us the way he did when it came time to pay. I want to thank John and his team I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a job done. The sink project is done, on to the next, I will be seeing you guys soon.

Pleasant and knowledgeable, arrived promptly, spoke with me and explained what they would be doing, completed job in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with their work skills, friendliness. Have already hired them for other jobs! Price was reasonable.
