To make matters worse, they failed to communicate their payment terms upfront and then demanded full payment immediately upon receipt of the invoices?totaling thousands of dollars. Their communication throughout the process was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. There are plenty of other companies that offer the same services with better transparency and professionalism. Look elsewhere."
