Working with Carl was a breeze and communicating with him about my needs were very seemless.
I was in need of a quick turnaround residential inspection and needed a good structural engineer to look at some foundation issues of an upcoming purchase- and Carl came thru like a champ.
More importantly, he saved me a lot of time and money.
It's obvious that his years of experience and education comes into play for work like this.
