Sisko Waterproofing & Foundation

I needed my basement foundation fixed and waterproofing. I got a quote and gave them a down payment. When Sisko came out, he looked and said the job would be about double what we were quoted. We decided that we can't afford it, so we have requested to Courtney our down payment returned several times. It has been months. We still have not had our money returned to us.

It was very good. They were very professional. They were very nice.

Mike and his crew did a awesome job.i have no water linking into basement .also they cleaned up every day.and job was done on time.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sisko Waterproofing. We had the privilege of having his company put in a French drain in our family room. Their work ethic, promptness and cleanliness was remarkable. We were giving a time frame and the job was done before they had promised. Everyday they were on time, actually always early and cleaned up each day when they were finished. I would highly recommend Sisko Waterproofing company to anyone that needs any work done. I was very impressed with the work done by Mike and his team. They completed all of the work, cleaned up, and consistently answered the questions we asked throughout the process. In fact, any time we walked by to get a look, they encouraged us to ask questions and to examine the work they were doing. Their prices were comparable to other companies we called. Hopefully I will never have to call them again, but I would absolutely recommend them to others who need work done.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I need to spread the word on this locally owned and operated business. Mike, Jeremy, Courtney and the additional team members (Nate and Dave, I think), were wonderful to work with. I had severe water issues in an investment property I purchased. I found their company recommended multiple times on an Investor's group I'm in and reached out to them. They did a great job educating me, completing the work AND even, out of the goodness of their hearts (and maybe disbelief that I could use a sledgehammer) demoed some dated cabinets for me and hauled them away! I encourage you to work with Sisko as well.

To say that Mike and his team were OUTSTANDING is an understatement. From initial contact with Courtney, quoting by Jeremy and final work being done by Mike (and his team)....AMAZING with concentration to detail, understood explanations, proptness, CLEANLINESS, a true joy to have in my home. From the beginning, they did what they said, when delivered and true QUALITY of work. You can tell they are proud of what they do and who they do it for. I was very pleased with the work done on my home. Mike and his crew were great. Punctual, courteous and very hard working. It has been two months since the work was done. We have had one heavy snow melt and a few severe storms. I am happy to say that my basement has been completely dry. Thank you Mike. I had about 6 estimates,and after a lot of research , l knew the pipe I wanted used. This is the type of pipe Mike always uses. The price he quoted me I felt was very reasonable, and he kept the dust and dirt to a minimum. I have had no more problems with water and he did a beautiful job. The project went really real. Mike and his crew came in a worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. They finished the job in a day, The system is new, and so far great. It is bone dry, where there would be water after a good storm. And we've had a lot of rain since they were here. They use materials that will last, not knock off big box store supplies. Which is important for us since we are planning on being long term home owners. Price/sq ft and materials used was all pretty clear and reasonable. They also don't try to sell or push anything, which I appreciate. They offer their opinion and their price, and stand behind their work. So, thanks guys for being straight shooters in a world where many people want to up-sell and cut corners.
