"Chris and his guys are the most prompt and reliable crew to work with. He did some outside work at our house (deck repair and staining and some other repair work) and also did a ton of important jobs for my mom (cleaning the boiler heat exchanger, creating a small dog fence area very quickly and repairing a deck). His costs feel fair and he is very communicative and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. "Had some minor difficulty locating stud for one bar. The second bar did not have a hollow wall and the wall behind the tile was concrete requiring a different tool. He did do some cleanup of concrete dust from the tub but pushed residua dust down the drain."

When he went to pick up the frooring. Gino took the time to check it, found it damaged and got it replaced quickly. I had been planning this project for some time and had high expectations. "I’m a happy customer. I needed a deadbolt lock not only installed, but actually cut for my front door. There was a small equipment issue (I heard Joe fighting with his cutter, and anyone with a mechanic in their life understands that this is par for the course lol), but the final product turned out great! He even factored in the unique positioning required for the lock to work best, taking into account the natural shape of the old wooden door and its glass window. He was very easy to communicate from the beginning to the end, showed up on time and worked hard every day, did a thorough job that did not miss any details and gave us a very fair price. "Two men came in a truck at 4:00 pm. One climbed a ladder to the roof. He came back down, went to the truck to fill out the proposal. He came into the house with a handwritten proposal stating: "Patch cement chimney to save money and prevent a full rebuild. Seal all of the cracks in the crown. Waterproof entire chimney top to bottom. Chimney is in really bad shape. The bricks are deteriorating. I suggested doing all of the work to prevent needing a rebuild to save money and this will make it so no more water will be getting in their chimney anymore." The total price on the proposal was $6400 or $6000 if paid same day. He said they have a company who could finance it for us. My husband and I, unfortunately, decided to pay the $6000 with our check. I told them I want a legible copy of the handwritten proposal and pictures of the work they do. They assured us we could get all that by contacting their office. The two men took buckets from the truck and took them up on the roof. They came back down and washed their hands in our kitchen sink. By now it was getting dark and starting to rain. It must have been around 5:30 when they left the house. One man came back and asked to use the bathroom. I showed him the one in the basement. He came back up and they left. The following day I sent them a request for a legible bill and pictures. I received no reply."
