NOTE: The only reason I gave "Value for money =4 , is because I live really close to Route 1 and I thought the reduced sound windows would have drowned out the noise better but they do not. My understanding is that these windows are effective in high traffic areas; but they are not standing up to the noise output of Route 1. This is not something Ferris could have forseen, so all-in-all, I rate the service from start to finish - Excellent. - Faye"

I sent him pics of the two loose siding spots and he made an appointment with me for the next day (Sunday) at 12:30pm. He finished the repairs on not only the siding spots I identified, he fixed a 3rd issue that we did not even recognize! All repairs were complete in under an hour!!
