Romero Roofing & Siding, takes great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service, that we provide to meet the consumer's needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction, from start to completion of a project.
"I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this company's services. We engaged them for siding, windows, and doors, but over the course of two years, we encountered numerous problems with our front door (amongst other things). When I called the office about it, they refused saying the warrantee only covered the siding. Eventually, we had to hire another company to replace the door - they were shocked by the poor quality of Romero's work, especially since Ed Romero charged us $2,000 to install it. Dealing with the main office proved to be exceptionally challenging due to her rudeness and lack of cooperation. I should mention that once our project was complete, we were provided a credit of $2,000 for cracked deck boards and a broken window. However, we had to fix these things ourselves."

"He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

"I hired Superior to replace out existing shingled roof, from the very first call into the company to the completion of the job was nothing short of fantastic. The first initial consult with Justin was great, he handled our project with such great communication and keeping us informed and updated on the schedule. He came out the day before the install when the materials were delivered to make sure it was all onsite and ready for the guys the next day, he then came back the next morning to get the guys all set up and going on the project and also touch base with my wife and I. He also then came back at the end of the day to make sure everything had been completed and cleaned up. The cleanliness of the workers and their preparation of the site is unmatched, they tarped every area outside to minimize debris and went around and the end of the day and picked up any and all loose nails and debris that might not of made it into the dumpster. They also took the time to blow off all the surfaces when they were complete. They really value your home as if it was their own and that really shows in their work and project management. The new roof looks amazing and we are super happy with the whole process and their team. Highly recommend them for any project you are looking to have completed at your home."
