I don’t even know where to start I wasn’t looking to fix the house this right second but with Home Genius it just happened. First, I had my initial appointment with Ryan very friendly very respectful. Listen to all of my inquiries and my worries. Then we worked on prices and financing, Yes Financing was the most of my worries but they help me get approved for all the work my house NOW home needed. Home Genius are really Genius they worked on permits from the city, they got the dumpster and they no parking permits. So thankful of the office staff but more thankful of the guys who work on Roofing and Siding. I’m talking about working on 16 degree weather even with lil bit on snow. The guys were here on time, respectful, and over all get the job done. I also got a project manager who was on top of all my question and needs to the last minute. This was a custom replacement of a pair of windows that I had built myself about 35 years ago. They were oak framed and trimmed, inside and out, but the interior between the 2 glass panes and became cloudy years ago. I was deeply emotionally invested in these windows, and worried that the replacements would allow me to retain the original oak trim. When the crew arrived to install, they showed me that the new units were about an inch wider than the frame. But they were able to cut out the frame sides and a part of the outside sill, and made everything fit perfectly. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the diligence of the crew. The manager, Dakota, was also very helpful and responsive, and helped talk us through the confusion. Highest marks to all involved.No

Had Home Genius come and put in 9 windows, Dakota was the site manager, he did a fantastic job, along with his workers, I would definitely recommend Home Genius to do your windows.

My experience was great. Do the sales rep Caleb and very detail explaining the process and making it very clear and easy to understand. The scheduling was very fast and efficient. I only had to wait a week for the install to happen once the installers came Dakota my project manager made sure to get the job done, fast and efficient we did run into some hiccups, but Dakota smooth them out quickly, thank you Home Genius would recommend to anybody
