I am very disappointed in the way Sally Taylor (owner) handled my account. I was notified via a letter, not a phone call that my actual housekeeper, Sue had quit. Neither Sally Taylor nor Sue was professional enough to call me. Sue had been cleaning our home since August 2012. We were a bi-weekly consistent customer. Overall Sue did a decent job. There were a couple of times when I had to leave notes and contact Sally because the quality of Sue's work was slipping. I liked the fact that I could provide my own cleaning products. And becaude I did, I feel Sally's price was reasonable. Sue did not perform what i would call indepth cleaning ie,, cleaning the oven, cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, chaanging bed linens etc,,, Again, the topical cleaning that she performed other thana few occassions that she missed the mark and Sally had to come the following visit to ensure my requests were being maintained each visit, overall Sue was ok. I was left without a housekeeper and noone bothered to call me the day of the cleaning. Sue just simply didn't show up. A week later a letter came in the mail from Taylor's Tidy Techniques which is Sally Taylor. I will not ever use this company again nor will I recommend them.

She is great, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
