I started doing technical work in Pike County when I was the de-facto IT technician and archivist for Milford Magazine in 2005. I've been building my own custom computers and setting up media centers for friends and family since the late 90s. We left Milford in 2010 for Scranton, Philly, and then Louisville, with my work in computers and home service mostly a side project as I worked part time for both UPS (load and sort supervisor) and FedEx (Ground maint. support and Flight Ramp Agent). In 2019, when I became a homeowner, we purchased our house in Louisville where I improved fixtures, our porch and garage, dug a garden, and more! We moved back to the area to be near grandparents when our son was born, and I'm happy to serve some of the same people I worked for almost 20 years ago! "We asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others."

"I had a thermostat changed. Service was good. The thermostat according to the tech the charge was 65 dollars. He was here for hour and half maybe. We got a bill for $ 465 I called and questioned and was told they charge $125 dollars / hour, which was fine. I did not know they charge for travel time which by the way was hour and half. We were not told this pre Service. Needless to say we would never have given them the job! Also they charged me over $100 dollars for the thermostat! And it was a generic questioned them about that also and they said nothing! In other words too bad! Very very dissapointed in them and also myself because I was stupid, and feel very cheated."
