Well I asked Them how much the starter would cost when they came out to diagnose why Generator would not start charged me $70 that day she told me the starter cost was $83 and change so order it then two months passed I called any news on the starter oh it’s here so set date to install mind you I Paid $299 for service and reduced labor rate of $85 per hr. So after he installed starter did simulated power loss hands me a bill for $335. So I called to complain they reduced it to $260. BAD Business people I believe in making money on parts but ****. I guess they forget about the “Reduced Labor Rate” And by the way “ Donna Never Returned my Call

Technician arrived on time, brought necessary parts, and completed the project in good time.

The estimating process was terrific. Brian broke every job down so I could decide to go forward with everything or just one job at a time. He made some excellent recommendations (like swapping in USB port charging outlets in some rooms which I've seen in hotels but didn't realize were available residentially). He also explained how he would do the jobs in understandable language. He tested some outlets I was worried about and answered lots of my questions patiently.

Technician was prompt and professional. Completed the work in about an hour. The only material needed were 1 junction box an about 10 feet of 12/2 wire. Cost, . . $279.

Electricians were professional and courteous. We originally wanted an extra switch for one of our ceiling lights. The technician tried to accommodate our request, but couldn't do what we wanted due to the way our ceiling rafters were configured. We settled on the original configuration to avoid additional expense and Sheetrock repair. We were given several options and never experienced any pressure to decide a particular way.

The person was on time and very respectful. He wore the throw away shoes to make sure he kept the place clean. He disposed of the two ceiling fans that were already there. He cleaned up any mess. He verified that everything was working. He was punctual and his work was done quickly. I would use again.

I am very pleased with the cost, installation, performance, and maintenance of the Generac home generator completed by the Wire Guys by Arc Electric. They have been timely and professional in all aspects of the installation and maintenance of the home generator that has tested weekly since its installation without any problems.

The dream team: Zak and Tony These guys conducted themselves as complete professionals. They explained every process during the installation. They worked in unison, seamlessly. These guys were very personable and the most technically knowledgeable and articulate than we have ever experienced.The men cleaned up the site properly leaving no stones un-turned. We are 1,000% satisfied. Fred Johnson helped coordinate from A to Z through Lowe's with great precision and therefore we got it done before the storm season. We are very grateful for that. They installed pot lights with dimmer switches in the two bedroom and track lighting in the living room. We have a large master bedroom and they installed 9 potlights and 4 in the guest bedroom. The track lights were installed in the center of the living room in a taseful manner. The work was very professional and the technicians were very friendly and courteous. We were pleased with the end result and would hire them again.

Fine. They were here when they said they would be and were efficient with their time.

Our experience has been wonderful. They did a great job. There was one time that it did not work. It did not kick in when it was supposed to. I called them and they were there that morning. They are excellent. I have a contract for $250. The quality of their service was very good. They are very responsive. As soon as I call if I need them, they come. So punctual are they that as he was approaching my place maybe 20 minutes away, he calls to tell me he would be there in 20 minutes. They are good. I have already told a friend about them.

It was bad. They blew out my refrigerator, what a mess it was. They were good about it and gave me another refrigerator. They sent out a kid and the way he did the electric, it blew out my TV, I heard popping, I smelt burning, I saw the screen and by then it was too late. Thank God the TV didn't break but the refrigerator did. They told me they'd come back and service, they sent other people to check the generator to make sure it was working. In fact they gave me another one because the generator was no good either. I really don't think I would go back to them. They did correct the problem. The price was high. At first they were trying to blame it on the company where they get the generators from and the company also did say the didn't send a defective product, that something must have happened. They eventually came to an understanding. They tried getting away with it at first. They didn't want to pay for anything, they were trying to put it off on the company Generac but Generac stood their ground. They knew it was a brand new generator so they knew the problem was in the wiring when they connected it. They are supposed to service it once a year but I'd rather call somebody else. They didn't even bother to call and see how it was working afterwards.

Oh very good. Other than the price I was well pleased. He turned the power off and you know I'm a senior citizen and I have arthritis and I told him where the circuit breaker box was, he went down and turned it off turned it on that I wouldn't have to go down the steps and everything, cause the light switch was in my kitchen. And he was very, he did make a little bit of dirt to be cleaned up back and he was very, very efficient.

They are excellent. The price was very reasonable. The quality of service was excellent. I would definitely use them again. They are on my list.

That went fine. They installed fans with us and they put an extra switch for us, I mean it's expensive but they did a good job. I would recommend them if anybody had any questions I would recommend them.
