We were able to fix things over the phone. He held back offering additional info to tell me how to clean up my computer because he wanted to be able to do it. Another computer person gave me detailed instructions to do so. Other than that, I had no complaints.

The job went extremely well. I started out deleting from a stand alone hard drive and unbeknown to me I was actually deleting from my computer as well. To make matters worst, I deleted from my recycle bin as well. At this point, I thought it was a lost cause. I had great success working with Spencer in the past and decided to call him and see if anything could be salvaged. Spencer reassured me that something could be done and would ask Thomas to call me that evening. Thomas is very professional and exceeded my expectations. He has tremendous patience and easy to talk with. He explained what was happening in great detail. He loaded software on my computer and restored almost everything. He actually restored everything that I wanted to retrieve. Then he showed me how to execute the software and selectively restore just the things I was interested in. I will definitely use them again.

I have worked in the corporate setting for nearly 35 years and during this time I have worked with dozens of information technology personnel and have found them to be some of the most patient and accommodating people to work with on the planet. I discovered working with one Spencer Alexander that he did not possess any of these characteristics. I first contacted this company to inquire about the resolving some problems I was having with my laptop computer, especially connecting to the internet and maintaining a stable connection. The gentleman I spoke with was Spencer Alexander and he was confident that he would be able to gain access to my P.C. and correct my problems so we set up an appointment for the following week for him to work his magic. On Wednesday 2/4/2015 Spencer called me right on time as previously scheduled. He had me try numerous connectivity methods in an effort for him to gain access to my laptop but we were having difficulty establishing a stable connection. This did not surprise me as this was on the top of my list as one of the problems I was hoping he could rectify. It became quite obvious that Spencer was becoming frustrated as he began talking to me in a condescending manner. After nearly an hour of trying to connect to my P.C. I moved the device to my home office and hooked it up to the router using a ethernet cable. It appeared that our connectivity problem was solved, so I left my office and let Spencer perform the cleanup. An hour latter Spencer called me in a panic instructing me to plug my computer in a wall outlet because my battery power was down to 7%. As he was lecturing me about how he was in danger of losing the work he had performed and how the functionality of my P.C. may very well be in jeopardy. At this point I was fed up with Spencer?s unprofessional behavior and told him I had had enough of his condescending verbalization. I also told him that if he was so concerned about losing battery power he should have a) had me plug in my laptop using the power cord when I moved it to my office or b) called me when the battery power was at 50% or 40% or 30% as it was displayed on the screen of the computer he was working on. I was tempted to end the session at this time but Spencer apologized and I reestablished the connection and had him finish up the cleanup. After nearly 3 1/2 hours he finished up working on my computer and we bid farewell to one another. When I disconnected my direct connection to my router and attempted to establish a wireless connection I discovered that I was still unable to perform this function. So all in all I am out $99 and have a lap top that can only be used as a desktop but the hard drive is all cleaned up!!! I would suggest to anyone that is having serious computer issues to take it to someone in close proximity to your home so you can communicate your problems and goals with a real person.

I think they did the best they could she had a older piece of equipment, she was trying to fine tune it and there is so much you could do to it. they help her alot

was precontacted to set up a time. Called when they indicated they would. Helped set up a connection with their tech, then I left for a couple hours. The process takes a while but you the owner, do not have to be there once the connection is made. two weeks late and I am no longer have the pop-up issues that I was before. PC is working great.

It was good, they did help my computer, it ended up costing a lot more than the big deal. They had control of my computer and I had to give them more money, which I wasn't expecting. They did clear up some of the stuff off my computer. They did a good job. They did the work that day. It is a remote thing from Atlanta. I paid close to $200 additional. I would not use them in the future. It was too expensive.

Very knolwedgable and I will definitely use him again. Highly recommended.

The laptop is not running any faster, which was the point. I have no idea what they actually did. My biggest concern is that they are supposed to be a local provider near Buffalo, NY, including a little map that showed them within a mile of my home, but when I called to set up an appointment, turns out they're in Atlanta, GA. No beef about the work, like I said, I have no way of knowing what was actually done. Don't know if I'd do it again or recommend them to anyone.

It went fine. It was cheap. Everything was okay. But it didn't totally do what I had hoped it would do.

It did take me 4 calls to successfully reach Spencer the owner. I left messages, he did call back. When I did reach him, he worked me in same-day which was a pleasant surprise. The service was super easy - this is the only way to get computer work done! He helped me with my issue and since the clean up was easy he didn't charge me extra, which was appreciated!

I really can't say enough about how convenient and easy it was to work with Spencer from ATI. Although I am not a technical person, he was very easy to communicate with to try to solve my computer problems. I originally called because I suddenly lost access to about 12 years of Quicken files for my home finances. He suggested that we start by trying the computer tune-up first and then concentrate on Quicken if that didn't solve the problem. Although the tune-up improved my computer performance tremendously, it did not solve my original problem. Long story short, I spent many hours on the phone with Intuit (twice), Microsoft, and Spencer (twice), and it was Spencer that finally reinstalled the program and got it to work correctly. I really appreciate his patience, knowledge, and professional demeanor. I cannot describe how happy I am to get back many years of Quicken data that I definitely did not want to lose!
