My business of 18 years has been home repairs and imporvements. I am a registered contractor with the state of PA and I am fully insured. I use one subcontractor (my stepson) who has been with me over 5 years. My billing rate is $38/man hr. I do not have service charge, but I do have a minimum charge of $25.00 for service calls.
