"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldn’t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours! He made sure to ask if it was in the spot I liked before anchoring it to the ground. I couldn’t be happier. It is very well built. Thank you guys SO much!"

April then May avoids emails calls, finally I was told that the Generator was not being delivered to them because of supply shortages. But wait, YOU said it was in stock. I requested a refund. They would send a refund but keep $500 for restocking fees! When I questioned what they were restocking, he changed his story to “it is for administrative fees”. Then he told me he would take the generator off his show room floor to install late June. That story then changed to he had one from another customer who wasn’t in a hurry and I could have his (yeah right another poor guy who won’t get his on time). Nate just kept fabricating excuses and apparently got lost in his own tales. Bottom line I finally gave up and did receive a refund minus $500. He took advantage of an elderly couple. Be smarter than I was, bad karma here."

Two years later, after finding black mold along the wall in my son’s closet, I realized my brand new roof was leaking in an entirely different location from the original leak. Long story short, I had B & E come back to my house 3 times, each time they promised me it was fixed, and now almost another year later, it is still leaking. I will be calling another roofing company tomorrow morning to come out and see what they think (I have since had this other company replace my garage roof and they did a fabulous job…and it doesn’t leak). Unbelievable."
