Not sure how this company got these A ratings but, our experience with them was no where near an A! After waiting a month to have a blower installed we hired another company to do the job. We waited a week for a tech to go diagnose the problem and, he didn't even realize it wasn't plugged in! Another tech was sent to check it out a few days later and found that the blower needed to be replaced. We had them order the part which took another week. When the part finally arrived we were told that it would be another week before they could schedule the install! The day of the installation the tech arrived on time and it appeared that the job was done. No one called from the company to confirm so my sister in law called to confirm. The person who answered the phone said the job was done so we assumed at that it was. Our cleaning service was at the house the next day and we asked her to test the blower to be on the safe side. It did not work! My sister in law called the company and was told that the part didn't fit! After a month of waiting and being told the job was done it wasn't. They said they would get a new one by Monday and install it Tuesday but, no one ever called Monday to confirm the installation. On Tuesday we waited till the afternoon to receive a call back from the service manager or anyone for that matter but, no one called. I told my sister in law to call them and, let them know we were done with them. No one from the company has called her back even after we cut them loose. Extremely unprofessional customer service to say the least! Good luck if you hire these guys!

To whom it may concern the value replaced on 4/4/16 was the cheapest value my plumber said you put on & charged (41.45) the rest (119.00) was for labor & travel. On 4/5/16 I had to call them again about another value leaking there was nothing wrong before he fixed the leak on the first value so I don?t know what happened. My mom who is 91 yrs old was home so maybe I'm thinking this is why this all happened. The tech who came back on the call back said I needed an 1'14 isolation flange for us to call keith or ken & he will give me a price. He did $300, can't under stand how a flange could cost that much (whatever). Just to let you know I see you advertise on T. V. and very disappointed on your service. As of this date I will be cancelling service. We never had a problem with monotonous service & my mom doesn?t need to be taken advantage of. She has been a customer for over 25 yrs and sorry it had to end like this.

Service men were on time and professional.Company representatives were friendly and helpful.

Scott the technician arrived timely, was very professional, yet very pleasant. He took his time and was very thorough. System working fine since his visit. No charge since it was a follow-up within first year of install.

The installation began the week after we signed the contract and was a functioning system after the 1st day. One installer returned the second day to finish up and install the humidifier completing installation in 2 days. The 'new' heat pump pad was a cement pad leveled underneath with stones and placed on top of and extending beyond the old heat pump base. I wasn?t sure how this arrangement would hold up in the winter so I held off on writing this review until now and the base has been fine so far. Overall the installation was done very well and the refrigerant lines were replaced with new ones (some estimates we had received from other companies used the old lines). The only glitch in the project was the door for the new filter box which the installers told me required 2 sheet metal screws to keep it in place. After the installers had left I realized the door had 2 ?hinge tabs? which must slip inside one side of the frame to fit properly, (without additional screws) which is why the quality score was a 'B'. Overall we are very happy with the new system and have seen about a 30% reduction in our electric bills and I'm impressed with how the heat pump is still putting out heat with the temperature in the single digits. The thermostat is full of features and very configurable and includes real time weather forecast and outside temperature and is capable of being controlled and monitored remotely via smart phone or computer. The new system operates much better than the old one with the wood stove that we use in the cold weather. There was an additional $1200 rebate from PPL that further reduced the price (as well as a $675 Bryant rebate and $725 Angies List rebate that are included in the 'Approximate cost of service').

They came out twice a year, once to get it ready for winter, and once to convert it for the summer. If you have a problem in the meantime, they come out and you pay for the parts that you need, but you don't need for the labor. I have never had a problem with them. They are reliable. When they come in the house, if they walk through the house, the put on little booties over their shoes, which I think is very respectful. They clean up after themselves. I never had a complaint and I have used them for years and years. I have never done any comparison, so there may be somebody less expensive, but when you have somebody coming into your house, you want to be comfortable, and that is worth a lot. I am happy with these guys. They installed the system, so they know. They give you a window and if they are going to be late, they will call. My pet peeves is to take time off from work, and they don't show up, but I have never had that with them.

The service was fine. They are very good. I would use the provider again. They are not overly expensive. They are prompt and very knowledgeable.

Excellent. Technician spent over an hr. cleaning, inspecting, and fine-tuning. Furnace now quieter than before and tech. left area very clean. Will definitely hire them again. Excellent.

Scott was on time and listened to what was happening with our AC. He got right to work and was very efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very nice.

Our service technician..Brain was very personable and informative. He supplied detailed information on how to use the system and moving forward I will use this information to have an improvement affixed to the boiler sign a maintenance contract with Energy Technologies Inc.

On time, very well spoken which made it easy for us to understand. Clean and neat work space. Truly a professional young man.

Saverrio came and did a home energy audit and showed us all the problems areas and then scheduled the installation of entire system which only took four days. The installers were very professional and courteous i couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. They truly are an awesome company to deal with, thanks again for a job well done.

The repair man was very friendly and informed. We were pleased with his work.

About a week after the part was replaced, I began having trouble keeping the house above 66 degrees. I called, they came out the next day and found the problem. I was not charged for the call even though the problem was not directly related to the new part. I have used them for 15 plus years!

I was given an estimate which was the actual price when completed. Squeezed me in, because my furnace was dead. The workers were pleasant, hard workers and explained everything. Outstanding!

Tech arrived within the appropriate time frame we were given. Worked efficiently- seemed fairly knowledgeable. We were required to pay at time of service on 9-26. However check did not clear our account until 11-7-14

Scott showed up on time, was extremely polite and pleasant, listened to us ramble for a while and then got to work assessing our heating system. He found the problem within 20 minutes, showed us how to replace the filters in the future and stayed until the full analysis was completed before leaving. Our heat is working great now and our peace of mind has returned. We are hiring them to install a remote thermostat next week.

Arrived on time. Introduced himself. Did work quickly and efficiently. Explained to me all that he did, answered my questions and assured me my a/c was safe to use.

They accommodated us in the manner in which we needed to be accommodated. We had a situation in our home, that was difficult to do a retro fit on our system, and they managed to be able to convert the unit, in the least obvious manner, so that we really had a difficult time realizing that we had a central heating system. The other companies that we called made is sound difficult. They were the only ones willing to do it for us without an even greater expense. It wasn't cheap. The sales person was not particularly punctual, but the workers were always punctual. We will be calling upon them to do an overhaul, and do the basic maintenance on it.

The provider installed a split air conditioner/heat pump inmy home. Arrived at the time specified and began work immediately. The two installers were courteous and answered our questions as asked. There was a minimum amount of dirt from drilling which they cleaned up as they went along. And when I noticed some that was missed and asked them to bring back their vacuum to clean it up, they complied instantly and went over the whole area once again. When finished, the head installer explained how to operate the unit and answered our questions completely and suggested if anything else arose, we call their office and the staff would be happy to help anyway possible. All in all, we are very satisfied with the service and the whole experience. Anna Bishop
