Description of Work: I had heard good things about this company so I decided to give them a try. I didn't want to spend more than $125 so I asked them to limit my service to one hour (team of 3.) The staff was very nice and professional but I thought the job they did was just ok and I didn't like that they charge based on time rather than a flat rate so I did not hire them again.

Description of Work: I had Executive Maids come to my home to perform a deep-cleaning, for a home that we clean regularly, but one that had not been deep cleaned in a long time. I came home mid-day through the cleaning to retrieve a bottle for my son, and found the three ladies working very hard. They are good about moving items to clean under things, instead of around things, they are honest and upfront about what they cannot clean and why, and they were good about protecting my home by ushering away a very strange neighbor I have. I thought the price was about $5 an hour more than other services, but they have someone available to answer the phone at all times, and they are seasoned enough to provide the direct and succinct communication that saves me and my family time, which, to me, is worth the addition cost. For example, they called me to ask me what my "Priorities List" entailed, because of my questionable penmanship, rather than just ignoring the list because it was difficult to read.
