I've been using Executive Maids for a couple of years now, and I can say without reservation or hesitation that they're the absolute best. They're the first and only cleaning service I've ever used that I've never had to complain about or do detail work after, and on top of the superlative job they do they're also unfailingly pleasant and reliable. Their organization is remarkably professional, and has been from the very first. When I contacted them for a price quote they explained the way that their pricing works (they clean the house a few times to get a feel for how much cleaning needs to be done/time will be taken and then provide a final price going forward). Their pricing is extremely competitive, which in and of itself is a shock considering the great job that they do. They call the day before their scheduled visit to provide a half-hour window for their arrival, and on cleaning day they always let me know if something has come up to delay them or to ask if it's alright for them to arrive early. They also give me a heads-up call ten minutes before their arrival so that I can crate my dogs (my preference, not theirs). Once in my home they provide just the right combination of friendliness and diligence. Though there is a core team, there are occasional new faces: whether first timers or familiar, they are always friendly, then get right to work, with each team member assigned a specific set of tasks that they coordinate upon arrival. Their cleaning is organized and meticulous, and once the team is done the supervisor checks everything before asking me to do the same. They leave with a smile. I also appreciate the cooperation and flexibility that they exhibit: if I need to change the schedule they always try their best. They are also gracious and good-humored about the fact that my husband and I both work from home. They allow us our space and work quietly, then when it's time for us to clear out so they can take care of the rooms that we're occupying, they gently point us to a room that they've finished so that we can all get our work done! It would take more than my two hands to count the number of cleaning services my husband and I have used in our lives, and up until Executive Maids I've found the same sad pattern with each: they do a terrific job for a month or three, then things start to fall off ... the honeymoon is over and the attention to detail fades. There's always been the sense that once our business is assured we're being taken for granted. This has not been the case with Executive Maids. We have always felt that we are valued, and their service has remained at the same consistently high level they exhibited at the start. I recommend them highly.

They are wonderful with them. And very understanding. They are non judgemental and kind.

I've been a customer since 2006. Executive Maids is prompt, reliable and professional. I've never had any major issues with this company. Anything that has been brought to their attention has been addressed quickly and professionally. My home is always so clean and pretty after Executive Maids has left. I feel so blessed and appreciative of the hard work the cleaning team puts in to making my home livable.

Goes ok, they come every other week. Some weeks are better than others.

They did a very nice job. They were prompt and they were quick. They seemed to be professional. They had enough staff to do all of the things that they needed to do. They were willing to discuss the particular nuances of certain things that I liked to be done and the way that I liked them to be done. Because it was an initial cleaning, I do understand that it was a little more. Their pricing is one of the slight disadvantages.

I've been using them for 10 years. They have crews of 3 and sometimes 4 on each team. I don't get the same people every time. I've been with them a long time so I tend to know them all. They are reliable and excellent. If there is something extra, I leave them a note if I'm not going to be home. They are thorough. I kept them when I moved and they came out and did a walk through at my new place to see the differences. I have hardwood floors so they use the products that are important for wood floors. They are all around terrific. Their pricing is fair. I will absolutely continue to use them.

It worked out very nicely. They do a sufficient job. If you can find a maid service that does an amazing job, then good luck because I've been dealing with residential cleaning services for thirty years unless they're just new to the country they're all really just good but Executive I am very happy with and I'm going to continue to use them. They do an efficient job at the best I've been able to find in the Philadelphia area.

On occasion, they will miss a detail here or there, but there is always a walk through opportunity and they are willing to touch up anything missed without an issue.

Our house was pretty filthy and had quite a bit of pet fur. The girls did not leave until every room was cleaned to our satisfaction. They were there for several hours cleaning and when they left my house looked better than it has ever looked.

They were wonderful. I was very pleased with them. I previously used another housecleaning company and they did not do a good job. I strongly recommend if you need someone for housecleaning to use this company.

Executive maids came to do an initial cleaning 7 years ago. They are thorough, polite, well equipped, eager to please and do an all around great job. When I moved they came with me. I recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.

The service is great and I have no complaints. They call the day before to tell you what time they will be there. They will work with you if it is not a very convenient time. They come exactly when they say they will. I wish the same crew would come each time. The work varies depending on the crew they send. I think the price is good for the area.

The service has been quite excellent.

The most important thing I value about this company is I trust them to come into my home when I am not there and to have my keys and they do a good job too!

I have Executive Maids clean for me once a month. I started in the begining of 2012. They were very responsive and flexible about days and times especially because the work needed to be done around my husband's medical treatments and procedures. The teams that come, not always the same because of the need to change days etc, are all professional and worked well together. The price is higher than I would like but I realize that it is important to use a professional insured service as opposed to the "word of mouth, friend of a friend's cousin's friend", who sometimes doesn't speak english and you have to communicate though a third party. I found Executive Maids because of the generosity of the owner who donates cleaning services to cancer patients. A dear friend of mine benefited from the generosity so I decide to investigate them. I have been very happy with the service they provide and would recommend them to anyone looking for good reliable and professional cleaning service.

I found Executive Maids through Angies List. I had the same cleaning person for many years until she moved. I wasnt sure how to find a new person and I wanted to have a thorough housecleaning, a spring cleaning type of service so I found Executive Maids. I spoke to them on the phone and explained what I wanted-thorough deep cleaning. I was quoted a high fee. I decided it would be worth it. I have a standard size colonial with an addition of a 5th bedroom and an upstairs den. I always clean my own kitchen counters and sinks and stove. In addition, 2 of the bedrooms were clean and unused with a third not to be cleaned because my teenager was in it. I keep a clean, picked up house. I'm a little OCD which is why a deep cleaning appealed to me. The service was beyond terrible. 3 women came. They were very nice and I showed them what I wanted and I went to work in my office, leaving them to clean. After the 4 hours that had been estimated to me, they told me they hadn't finished. I wanted the kitchen floor cleaned so I authorized an additional half hour. I thought pretty much everything else was done. I did not check which I should have done. However, I don't know how I would have confronted them. I'm not confrontational. So I paid $501.20. And thats with the $50 discount. After they left, I checked my house and I saw that 90% wasn't even touched. I still don't understand how 3 women over 4 1/2 hours left most of my home untouched. I was appalled! I called the office within the hour and the owner said shed get back to me after she spoke to the women. Well, she got back to me and left a message; there was no apology in her message and I knew that I didn't want them back in my home. So I decided to wait and think on it. Life got in the way and I kept putting it off. I felt stupid, cheated and anxious about the situation. The only thing that would make me happy is to get my money back and I know that's not being offered. So I'll chalk it up to experience and be very cautious in the future. I have a new cleaning person by personal recommendation who charges a lot less and does a great job.

Our house had not had a deep cleaning in far too long, and the dust bunnies had dust bunnies! The ladies immediately got to work when they arrived. Two started cleaning while the third prepared the paperwork, since this was our first appointment. The ladies did a thorough job, lifting things to dust, rather than dusting around them. They wiped all the wooden cabinets in the kitchen, and cleaned the hardwood floors throughout the house. The house looked wonderful when they left. Thank you, Executive Maids!

I have had the pleasure of having my house cleaned by Executive Maids twice. I am currently a bi-weekly client which I never expected. Based on a lengthy conversation with Grace, I expected the ladies to be here for 4-5 hours the first time. My house had not been cleaned properly in a very long time. I am the first to admit that i HATE cleaning and only do it for company- and i hardly ever have company :) The team arrived on time and got right to work. They were very pleasant and didn't need to be watched while they worked. They were very professional and seemed to work well together. My house had never been cleaner! Based on the first experience, I invited them back, thinking I would use them every month or two. Common sense prevailed, I realized how much I enjoyed having a professionally cleaned house and now they come every 2 weeks. I really can't comment to their punctuality for the second visit as I had them clean while i was at work. The work was meticulous as usual, They left an itemized receipt so I knew how much my check would be written for and reminded me of the date of their next visit. Based on what I had paid for a single house-cleaner in the past, Executive Maids is a better choice for me. In my experience, a single cleaner would have been here for 6-7 hours and not gotten done as much as the team of 3 finished in about 90 minutes.

The most recent experience was the best cleaning job I have had since I began using this company. You can tell they really took pride in their finished product. They bring their own materials and equipment. This service includes my kitchen and 2 & 1/2 baths as well.

I have to make a distinction here between the cleaning crews that actually do the work and the front office. The women who do the actual cleaning are terrific -- courteous, friendly, pleasant, trustworthy, hard-working and clearly take pride in doing a good job. They are consistently great week after week. They are the reason to use the service and make it worth every penny. They definitely rate an A+++. The front office is another story. They are a C average. They are courteous enough, but the owner seems to feel she is entitled to access to your house anytime they want. That works if you are not at home during the day and don't care what time they arrive. However, if you work from home, have small children who nap, have health issues or other circumstances that require them to adhere to a reasonable window for arrival, then that does not work. They are consistently inconsistent. They consistently call the day before with a time when they will arrive, but frequently call and change the time the next day. Consequently, it is impossible to trust any time you are given and plan accordingly. My husband and I both work from home, so we have to plan around background noise in the house. Today was supposed to be my last clean before Christmas. They called yesterday and said they would arrive between 1:15 and 1:45. Based on that, my husband scheduled a conference call at 11 AM with colleagues at our house and a speaker phone with clients elsewhere. Our house is not large and we cannot have cleaning going on in the background with a speaker phone conference call. At 10 AM I got a call saying there is a change in the schedule and they will be at my house at 10:15. This has happened over and over -- sometimes I can be flexible, but sometimes, like today, I have planned around them and cannot reschedule my life to suit them at the last minute. I was told in so many words, "tough, we can't come when we said we would and need to come earlier, take it or leave it". That is their attitude -- they are very entitled. Bottom line is --They have no intention of honoring any time frame they give you the day before so it is meaningless. If you use this service, you basically have to accept the fact that they will come whenever they feel like it and not try to plan anything around any time they give you. Is the quality of the cleaning worth putting up with the front office? Yes and no -- the crew is first rate, but the aggravation of the front office wears thin over time. If you are able to be completely flexible and not have to plan around when a cleaning crew is in your house, then by all means, use Executive Maids -- the crews are terrific. If, however, you have napping children, or a home office or other needs that require be able to plan around cleaning times, then go elsewhere -- they could care less about you or your plans and will just come whenever they want or give you a hard time if you say you can't accommodate their last minute changes on cleaning day. **********Update -- The response from Executive Maids is completely disingenuous. Regardless of why they needed to change the schedule, the reality is that they arranged to come at 1:15-1:45, then called the day-of at 10 AM to say they would be there at 10:15AM. A 3 hour change with 15 minutes notice --not 2 hour change as the owner claims here . Regardless of the reason for her need to change the schedule, I could not accommodate them with 15 minutes notice as my husband and I work from home and had scheduled a meeting around their previous stated time of arrive. The owner REFUSED to understand my inability to let them come 3 hours earlier with 15 minutes notice. Far from an apology, the owner even sent a series of nasty emails saying that they were entitled to access to my home at any time. She was unwilling to reschedule the cleaning at all and said that if I could not accommodate them anytime they wanted to come then we needed to "part ways" and I needed to find another service. Consequently, her comments here that I am "a valued client" and that "hopefully we can work our this issue" are completely disingenuous. She has not expressed any such thing to me directly. This was not the first time this issue has occurred. As stated, the cleaners themselves do terrific work which is why we stuck with them as long as we did -- but the owner is very difficult. Do NOT use this service unless you are able to give them free access to your home at anytime. The owner is not capable of respecting the needs of clients who work from home, have sleeping children or other needs that impact when cleaners can be in the home.
