I had a lot of issues with the overall way that the project was managed and the poor quality of work that was done. I am now dealing with a microwave vent that leaks during heavy rains because it was not installed or sealed correctly. Because of this one of the cabinets is being damaged by water. "The new ProVia storm door is beautiful, but I can't even open it half-way before it strikes my hanging front door light. This issue was never raised by the sales person who came to measure my front door. When the installers arrived, they identified the issue, but they told me the light fixture could be raised to accommodate the new storm door. It was only AFTER installation that I was told the light fixture could not be raised sufficiently, and I needed a new one. Basically, I cannot use my front door until I buy a new light fixture and hire an electrician to install it."

Did not use or give us an option for whole house wrap, resulting in poor insulation. Cut up big square holes where electric goes in the house, numerous mistakes. Called numerous times never came, once he got paid. Stank up my bathroom when he used it. Now my neighbor needs siding and we both need new roofs, will never call him."
