Pleased with their service, and would definitely recommend them. They arrived when they said they would, and were courteous and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently--replacing a door knob, repairing a latch, and also replacing a latch.

Very friendly and helpful on the phone when setting up the appointment. They were available when I needed them. The locksmith arrived on time and did the work efficiently. They did exactly what I asked of them and the price was reasonable. Would use again and recommend to a friend.

Highly recommend! Very professional and response time was very fast. Kavitha was very polite and kept me well informed. Joe was the installer and he was very pleasant and did an incredible job installing a deadbolt lock. Would definitely use them again!

Very dissatisfied with job completed. Still had the same problem after work is done, rear lock still broken. Wanted to charge for another service which he initially claimed he fixed. Would actually like a refund or compensation.

The technician communicated that he’d be late and kept me updated as to when he would be there. He was courteous and polite and did everything we asked. He answered a ton of questions and was clear and helpful. The locks look good and they work.
