"BS company. Offers a free inspection and all you get is an estimate of repairs. I am selling a home. Buyer wanted an inspection. He didn’t want to pay anything so he called Bakers. Crawlspace was bone dry after 3 days of rain. Instead of a report saying that, I get a list of recommendations. Addition of a moisture mitigation system. There is already a working system in the space. Remove the insulation under the floors. Yeah. Expose all the water piping to freezing temperatures. Insulate the walls of the crawlspace. So, you want to remove good insulation and add it to the walls in an unheated space. I wanted an inspection not a sales pitch. Worthless company. I should sue if the realty deal falls through due to this"

They talked me through the prosses to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I love their attention to detail. The tile work was amazing. I just love our new bathroom. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
