"i had a great experience with Happy Home Improvements. I decided to have my bathroom redone due to a bad air fan that I thought wasnâ t an emergency to fix opening the window from time to time. A few years later mold and a fishy smell was normal. Time to pay the price. Luckily for me I made the call to Happy Home Improvements and they came on time the following day they said they would be here. I showed Robert my bathroom and he gave me some very good numbers to work with and I was totally satisfied with my brand new bathroom. Robert is a great guy and easy going. "So the concrete foundation was poured but it was missing but it was missing all of our one anchor. There are walls that are too high and too low. They didn't use vibrator on the concrete so there's several places where the concrete didn't settle in and there are exposed rebar. So we hired another engineer to come up with fixes for the problem and the engineer said that the project should take 140 yards of concrete but the contractor ordered 189 yards so there's a lot of wasted concrete."
