 + -1 moreHe's got a contractors board licence. He did a really good job. The price certainly seemed reasonable. He left the site very clean, did a really good job, worked hard, reliable, and a really nice guy.

 + 0 moreFrank was great to work with, prompt and courteous, kept me informed with how it was going and how he planned to address the inspectors concerns. I highly recommend Frank.
Description of Work: Frank was very prompt in answering my query relating to work that needed to be done to meet the requirements of the lending institution to purchase the property. The under the house work was beyond his capabilities due to the extreme measures that the work required. Frank was very upfront about that and reached out through his contacts to find a capable contractor to perform the 'under the house' work. I did have frank perform the exterior work that involved milling some cedar siding, replacing a bad window surround, trimming the lowest part of the siding that was showing some damage and installing a horizontal piece of siding.

 + -1 moreIt turned out to be a bigger job than anyone thought at first. All the existing flooring, floor joist and wall plates had to be removed and replaced because of dry rot. Frank did a very good job. And we would recommend him to anyone. He was very cooperative, and willing to work with us as far as the work needing to be done.
Description of Work: contractor removed and replaced the whole floor in our game room.

Description of Work: We had a challenging kitchen remodel, to keep the cost down we chose to reuse some of our old cabinets and have a few custom cabinets made for the ones that were missing. Frank from All Seasons Remodeling was up to the task, he matched and located the correct wood type and made the cabinets on site.
