"Everything went very well. There was a slight hiccup with measurements or something, causing an adjustment in timeframe and material. It took a couple weeks longer than originally planned, waiting to see if the original hardwood flooring was still available, which it wasn't. It wasn't a huge deal, and I wasn't particular about what was used; just wanted a floor. Thankfully my husband was home when they came to do the job the first time and told them no, don't put anything down until you know there's enough to finish the job. Otherwise, they would have had to tear up what they put down and start over. Overall, I'm pleased with J&B and would hire them again."

"Let me start by saying, this ADU project was for my daughter, Macy. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. However, together with her grandma we sought to create an environment for her to live as independently as possible and for her to grow into. "We hired Steller Construction and Remodeling LLC to build a deck/Catio in May 2024. Micha (the Owner) was straightforward to work with and reach throughout the process. We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's (the owner) ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing !!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were professional and very polite everyday. At the end of each they completely cleaned up the area. We have worked with one other construction company and a roofing company when we did some remodling on our last home and did not have a good experience with either company. "Stan and his crew did a beautiful, thorough, clean and detailed job rebuilding our 14x30 ft deck. He walked us through the whole process in buying trek, what to look out for and he did such a great job that my neighbors across the street hired him for their deck. Stan has done so many projects around our house (remodeled bathroom, replaced door wall, front door, replaced some of our siding and so much more) and we’ve been so pleased with everything he’s touched, it’s a no brained we let him do our deck too.
