Your recommended installer and countertop vendor were also incredibly professional and competent. The finished kitchen is absolutely beautiful. I so wanted the Dark Walnut and you helped me with a door style that made it affordable for me. Overall: the cabinets are beautiful and Dave helped in many ways to make the installation go smoothly. Kitchen concepts was great at follow-up and minor adjustments to make sure we were happy with the project. I know that if I had any issues with anything in the future they would be there for us.

The cabinets and countertops are beautiful and match sample materials perfectly. Dave Warren and whole team were great. Dave did a great job helping me with the cabinet design, making sure measurements were accurate, and creatively dealing with some existing kitchen layout challenges. I chose Kitchen Concepts because of the good reviews on Angie’s List and because Dave Warren was able to show through computer assisted drawings what the kitchen would look like under different scenarios given the existing dimensions of the kitchen. Dave provided the cabinets and countertops but the remodel work was performed by Ed and his crew, who Dave has associated with for years. The kitchen turned out well, with new flooring, appliances, cabinets with soft close hinges, and beautiful quartz countertops. It was a huge improvement for a kitchen that had not been remodeled in 20 years. Based on the good results on the kitchen, I contracted them to remodel the rest of the house, which meant remodeling three bathrooms, updating a living room, five bedrooms, a family room, entryway, stairway, and hall. It also involved a structural change in moving the entryway closet to an otherwise unused space under the stairwell, freeing up space to enlarge the master bathroom. There is new flooring in all areas of the house. The bathrooms and all parts of the house look beautiful. I especially like the new doors, door frames, and molding throughout the house. Working with Dave and Ed was great, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work.

Dave and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen. We had a complete tear out. It all cost a bit more than I had planned, but that was because of the options i ended up choosing. Quartz counter tops, stained hickory cabinets, and huge new sink basin. Could not be happier with these items!

He meets with me & my clients to do a cabinet design for their kitchen or bath projects. My company has had many satisfied customers over the years. I have used other cabinet shops & distributors over the years, but find that Dave has one goal in mind & that is to make your dreams a reality. The cabinets are a key component of a kitchen & without the help of Dave & his staff at the showrooms I would have trouble getting my clients to visualize what I am proposing to do for them.

Great, on time and the workmanship was exceptional. Dave designed us the perfect kitchen. His measurements were spot on and the project went as scheduled. It’s nice to work with someone that really knows his business. Very knowledgeable and a nice guy. Would highly recommend Kitchen Concepts

The receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional! I called to discuss setting up a time to have someone quote a major remodel of the kitchen we are wanting to do upon moving into our house in a few months but that we currently have access to. From the get-go, I got the feeling that this woman just hated taking calls and was inconvenienced by the fact that I called on a Sunday, even though they're open at noon. Not only that but she curtly told me that I needed to have all of my measurements to bring out way across town (home is in Tigard, they're on NE Airport Way or Gresham) instead of their having someone who can meet us on site. Additionally, when I was about to set up a time at the end of the week and explained that I work all day, she only shared that they open at 9 and I had to pull it out of her how late they stay open (until 6). She said a consult would take 1/2 hour to an hour...really??? For a complete kitchen remodel? Sounded more like she was worried how much more time we'd cut into her weekend than we already had by my call! I've worked in a lot of industries and also as a receptionist in the past, and I must say that if you have her as the first impression for your business, you're probably losing a lot of people simply due to the poor first impression she gave, and the fact that you don't have anyone that could meet people for bids across town. I was really disappointed as this is the first Angie's List contractor I've called and I was encouraged by the positive reviews of workmanship but I was so turned off by my experience, I decided to look elsewhere. Fortunately, this company isn't the only game in town...and she's probably not the only receptionist in town...hint, hint!

Sub contracted with Division 6 for all installations. Job was completed in a timely manner.

I had someone else do it. They were alright. I got it done a lot cheaper. The quality of the quote was way off. I had another quote and the stuff he quoted was way off, like the counter tops. He was on time. He was professional. I have some bathrooms to do and I may call him for another quote but he's going to have to do a lot better.

t turned out very good. It took me a little while. He helped, the plans were really good. I ended up buying very expensive custom kitchen cabinet thing, so that was good. He was very, very good.

It was great. I had know idea what I really wanted, basics with big dreams. I didn't have the money to do the dream kitchen, but Dave helped me design a kitchen I could be happy with. Worked thru the process of Cabinet fronts, colors and so forth. I was having another company put in new hardwood floors so I was wanting to coordinate coloring and timing of instillation on that. I all went very well. Pretty much the process took about a month from cabinet removal to install. That was with all the other companies hired to other projects from countertop to flooring. Overall I found working with Kitchen Concepts and the Contractors a wonderful experience for someone who as never had any remodeling done before. They helped me thru the process and the contractor found issues as he removed the old cabinets and fixed them with charging me a lot. I would work with Kitchen Concepts again.

Working with Dave at Kitchen Concepts was a great decision. I acted as my own project manager and performed some of the work myself in order to save money. This was my first reno project and Dave gave me good recommendations. It seemed like many competitors were eager to sell me cabinets but really didn't care about the function. Dave's cabinet plan offered the best functionality and I am very pleased. The quality of the cabinets are exceptional!

Kitchen Concepts was very responsive to our quote inquiry and although we didn't proceed forward with the project we highly recommend their services.

Amazing customer service from our first meeting, through installation! Dave Warren is wonderful to work with and did an excellent job designing every last detail of our kitchen. The few small issues we had were resolved immediately. Installation was promised for a specific date and began as promised and his subcontractors were on schedule and highly skilled as well. I would most certainly recommend Kitchen Concepts!
