The founder’s previous HVAC service experience was commercial only but saw an opportunity in the residential add-on, replacement and service business that was under served. By focusing on long term relationships through planned maintenance and providing high quality HVAC repair and service, the company established a loyal client base. Turns out my sytem required 12 pounds, so my final bill was more than $1000 more than the iniitial quote. When I checked online, R410A could be bought for $10 per lb, in a 25 lb container. Other HVAC companies I called (after the fact), quoted prices of $40-$80 per lb for R410A. Make sure to ask how much they charge for refrigerant before hiring this company!!"
