He did a thorough job of inspecting and maintaining our old air conditioning unit. He's the first technician who actually went into the attic to work on the air handler, which is not easy to get to. He explained everything very clearly and spend plenty of time. Since our boiler is even older (~50 years old), I decided to purchase their annual maintenance contract and have them service both units every year. He had some ideas on how to improve the heating in one of the rooms."

I thought who can I trust to come and do a job with a fair price. I asked a close friend, and she told me about Stellar. Chris came out and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. He even thought of checking another part of the fridge just in case it might be failing. He was wonderful!! My husband wanted to give him extra money, but he refused!! Imagine that!! Since then we have had 2 other appliances fail and I called Chris right away. I felt lucky to have him as a resource. Chris is smart and trustworthy! I wish he could do plumbing and roof repair."

"Called for AC service. The technician seemed rushed and uninterested in fixing my AC unit. Charged me $305 to replace the capacitor which did absolutely nothing. When I called to reschedule, Jack transferred me to Jacob who called and assured me he would stop by for a follow up. Never did. Basically, I "donated" $305 to this company. Very poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend them...just my two cents."
