Our area of emphasis is single family homes, condos, townhouses and 2-4 unit income properties located in the tri-county area of Portland Oregon. We have appraised newly built homes, existing structures, homes with additions being added, or remodeling projects taking place. But in all cases, the purpose of the appraisal is to determine the market value of the property. Since lenders typically determine their own appraisers I would be the most help for estates, divorces, determining a market value before putting a home on the market for sale. After 3 and a half weeks, and multiple failed promises, I have no report. I texted him that I was going to get another appraiser, and his response was sorry, and good luck out there. I am kicking myself for having squandered so much time with this guy. The other good reviews on this site really led me wrong."
