He came out to the property within a few days of the request. It is a small place, less than 1000 square feet, not very complicated. After 3 and a half weeks, and multiple failed promises, I have no report. I texted him that I was going to get another appraiser, and his response was sorry, and good luck out there. I am kicking myself for having squandered so much time with this guy. The other good reviews on this site really led me wrong.

Just an overall great experiance, we have a unique piece of property not many have the knowledge to be able to access, he came out and handled it with ease, I highly recommend him, 5 stars are not enough to rate his quality of work.
