Responded in a timely fashion to my initial contact (3 other appraisers did not). Was reasonably quick to schedule and perform the appraisal. Easy to work with.

This person came to the house in July, it is now the end of September and he never followed through with his report to me which was costly as I missed out on a buying opportunity. I also at the first of August asked where the report was and he said he would have it in a few days. Again, never received it.

There seemed to be some significant omissions from the final report that should have impacted the properties value. A 5 minimum walk through by Chris seemed to be a bit fast to evaluate a property with so many complexities. I have reached out to Chris for clarification but he has not responded to my request. Zillow gave the same value estimate without the expense of an appraisal.
