"So the concrete foundation was poured but it was missing but it was missing all of our one anchor. There are walls that are too high and too low. They didn't use vibrator on the concrete so there's several places where the concrete didn't settle in and there are exposed rebar. So we hired another engineer to come up with fixes for the problem and the engineer said that the project should take 140 yards of concrete but the contractor ordered 189 yards so there's a lot of wasted concrete."

Climate Control, established in 1989, focuses in the add-on, replacement and HVAC service business in both the residential and commercial marketplace. The company grew out of a vision of the owners to focus on the service and add-on replacement business. The founder’s previous HVAC service experience was commercial only but saw an opportunity in the residential add-on, replacement and service business that was under served. By focusing on long term relationships through planned maintenance and providing high quality HVAC repair and service, the company established a loyal client base. With a specific focus, the company can achieve consistently higher standards to benefit the client.
"Decent service, but way too expensive. They charged me $175 per lb for R410A for my system, if my system required more than 6 lbs. Turns out my sytem required 12 pounds, so my final bill was more than $1000 more than the iniitial quote. When I checked online, R410A could be bought for $10 per lb, in a 25 lb container. Other HVAC companies I called (after the fact), quoted prices of $40-$80 per lb for R410A. Make sure to ask how much they charge for refrigerant before hiring this company!!"

Stan has done so many projects around our house (remodeled bathroom, replaced door wall, front door, replaced some of our siding and so much more) and we’ve been so pleased with everything he’s touched, it’s a no brained we let him do our deck too.
